We fill and pack dry, free-flowing foods: cereals, muesli, nuts, biscuits, confectionery and chocolate. On five filling lines, flexible in format and batch size.

Packing of dry, free-flowing cereals for leading German manufacturers.
Muesli
Multi component mixes, on request pre-mixed in our own mixer.
Nuts
Weighed on Ishida multihead weighers, as a single product or as part of a mix.
Biscuits
Filled into flow-wrap bags, folding cartons with inner bag or multipacks.
Confectionery
Dry confectionery in bags, folding cartons, cups or composite cans.
Chocolate
Packaging of temperature sensitive chocolate products in dry form.

Flow-wrap bags
Flow-wrap machines from Rovema and Innotech. Pillow bags in 100 mm and 140 mm width, variable length.

Folding carton with inner bag
Cartoners from CAM, Rovema and Langen Pack M-Pack. Seven standard formats from 70x20x104 to 192x63x260 mm.

Composite can
A flanging machine for composite cans seals the cans directly in the line.

Cups
Two cup sealing units for filling and sealing cups.

Multipack
Two full-wrap machines bundle folding cartons into multipacks in printed or unprinted film.
Mixes
Up to 5 components per mix.
Two Ishida multihead weighers weigh up to five components precisely, and our own mixer handles pre-mixes. This produces mixes and multi variety products in a single pass.
